There are no bananas in this bowl! The sweetness comes from mango and orange while almond butter and soy yogurt give it a texture. Add slices of yellow kiwi on top for a pop of color.
2. Red Smoothie Bowl: Berry Blast
This vibrant bowl is a visual delight. Frozen berries are a staple in my kitchen, making this a go-to recipe. For a creamy texture, blend in a banana and some soy yogurt. Top with fresh berries for that final touch.

Chocolate lovers, this one’s for you! Blend ripe banana with cocoa powder for a rich, chocolatey base. Almond butter adds creaminess, while a sprinkle of cocoa nibs and hazelnuts on top makes this bowl irresistible.

5. Blue Smoothie Bowl: Blueberry Bliss
For a true blue hue, blend frozen blueberries (or use blue spirulina powder for a brighter color). This bowl is as tasty as it is beautiful, with a smooth, creamy texture and a sprinkle of fresh blueberries on top.

Tips for Preparing Smoothie Bowls Ahead of Time
When mornings get busy you can prepare your smoothie bowls in advance. Simply. Refrigerate your bowl for up, to a day though its most delicious when enjoyed fresh. Alternatively freeze your fruits in portions so that all you have to do in the morning is blend them with your liquid. A chilled smoothie bowl is particularly invigorating on days.
